PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Registration is for the full term, 2010 - 2011.  The credit card payment can be divided in half.  By authorizing the first half of $265 today an automatic second half installment will be drawn from same credit card on January 8, 2011.

All notices of withdrawal and request for refund must be made in writing. You may e-mail your request to iambush@jazzacademy.org or fax to 301-871-7294. 

Cancellations for any reason 14 days or more prior to the start of JAE rehearsals are eligible for 50% refund and minus the $75 processing fee. 

CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR ANY REASON, LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF JAE REHEARSALS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
