Pepe Gonzalez

Pepe Gonzalez, an outstanding bassist, born in Spain, has performed largely within the Jazz, Afro-Caribbean and Brazilian idioms. Pepe has had the pleasure of performing with Chris Vadala, Maria Rodríguez and her Latin Jazz Orchestra, Buck Hill, Pepper Adams, Dorothy Donegan, Clifford Jordan, Delfeayo Marsalis and Giacomo Gates. He has recorded with Chris Vadala, Kwelismith, Vinny Valentino, Ron Holloway, Sharone Clark, and Byron Morris and Unity. Pepe has played the Caribbean, Spain, France, Greece, Italy and the Soviet Union Festivals including the San Remo Jazz Festival, East Coast Jazz Festivals, Syracuse Jazz Festival, and the Cape May Jazz Festivals.

Braxton Cook has been selected as Grammy Jazz Ensemble Saxophonist!
