2013 “JAM” Camp PLUS 2013 JAM Lab Resident or Extended Day Registration Fee
Tuition can be paid here by Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept Discovery or American Express. If you elect to pay by check, we will hold your reservation for 7 days and will confirm your reservation upon receipt of your check (For Payment By Check you may exit the payment area now).
If you elect to take advantage of one of our payment plans, your credit card will be charged a deposit of $200 and the first payment will be charged to your credit card on our about April 1, 2013 and the final payment will be charged to your credit card on or about June 1, 2013. If you are registering after April 1, 2013, your first payment will be charged within 5 days of registration. If you elect the 3 month payment plan option the second payment will be charged to your credit card on our about May 1, 2013.

•Non-refundable deposit of $200 charged to your credit card immediately and two equal payments of $540.00 charged to the same card on or about April 1 and June 1, includes a service fee of $5. (Total Payments $1,280.00)
•Non-refundable desposit of $200 charged to your credit card immdiately and 3 equal installments of $360.00 charged to the same credit card on or about April 1, May 1, and June 1, includes a service fee of $5. (Total Payments $1,280.00)
2013 JAM Camp
The registration fee of $565.00 can be paid by Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept Discovery or American Express. 2013 Jazz Academy Introductory Ensemble [JAIE] (Visa/MasterCard)]
This is a credit card payment for the 2013 term Jazz Academy Introductory Ensemble at Sligo (JAIE-Sligo)
The tuition for JAIE is $265.00.
JAIE-Sligo starts at 7:00pm
PLEASE INFORM THE JAZZ ACADEMY IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES THAT WILL AFFECT THIS DEDUCTION! You may also choose to pay the full tuition payment by adding the Spring Term or paying the 2012/2013 full term.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR ANY REASON, LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF JAIE REHEARSALS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. ONCE REGISTERED AND INITIAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED THEN THE STUDENT IS COMMITTED FOR THE FULL TERM AND THE FULL BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15, 2013.

This is a special offer for the JAM Voices Choir!
This is a credit card payment for the first term which is a $25.00 of the 2012/2013 term for Jazz Academy Orchestra (JAO) Sligo Middle School. The 2nd half payment of $240.00 will be deducted automatically on or before January 15, 2013.
Rehearsal begins: October 3, 2012 at 6:00pm
