This is a credit card payment for the 2015/2016 term for Jazz Academy Orchestra (JAO) Sligo Middle School.
The first installment of $265.00 is due at the start of class. The second installment of $265.00 will be deducted on January 15th.
Rehearsal begins at 7:00pm
–Returning Students: Please complete the Returning Student Registration and proceed with payment.
–New Students: An auditions process is required for all “new” students. Auditions are scheduled for September 17. Please indicate your time choice at time of registration.

This is a credit card payment for the fall term for Jazz Academy Introductory Ensemble (JAIE) Sligo Middle School.
The first installment for this term of $265.00 is due at the start of class. The second installment of $265.00 will be automatically deducted by January 15.
Rehearsal begins: September 27, 2016 at 5:45pm
This introductory class is based on student enrollment. PLEASE CHECK WITH THIS OFFICE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THIS CLASS. 301-871-8418
IF YOU ELECT ONE OF OUR PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE TERM, THE PAYMENT FOR THE SECOND HALF WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SPRING SEMESTER. PLEASE INFORM THE JAZZ ACADEMY IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES THAT WILL AFFECT THIS DEDUCTION! You may also choose to pay the full tuition payment by adding the Spring Term or paying the full term.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR ANY REASON, LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF JAIE REHEARSALS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. ONCE REGISTERED AND INITIAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED THEN THE STUDENT IS COMMITTED FOR THE FULL TERM AND THE FULL BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15.
