2011/2012 Jazz Academy Orchestra [JAO] (Check/Cash)
This is the balance of the annual JAO tuition. Please insure that the first installment has been made and mail this 2nd installment to the address below. The second half of $177 is due by January 15 -- prior to the 2nd half of term.

The Jazz Academy Orchestra annual registration fee is $530.00. The 2nd portion is $177.00.
All notices of withdrawal and request for refund must be made in writing. You may e-mail your request to iambush@jazzacademy.org or fax to 301-871-7294.
Cancellations for any reason 14 days or more prior to the start of JAE rehearsals are eligible for 50% refund and minus the $75 processing fee.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR ANY REASON, LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF JAO REHEARSALS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.




The Jazz Academy Spring Concert for JAO, JAE and JAIE will be held on May 6, 2012 at 3pm at Sandy Spring Friends School Performing Arts Center. Our special guest will be Trumpeter, Ingrid Jensen. Click on the following link to read her bio.
