2012 Non-resident “JAM Lab” Extended Day
JAM Lab Non-Resident Extended Day Registration Fee of $850.00 can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Check. If you elect to pay by check, we will hold your reservation for 7 days and will confirm your reservation upon receipt of your check.
The Non-Resident (Extended Day Student) is Sunday, July 8 between 4:30pm - 5:30pm; Monday - Friday, from 9am - 9pm. The final concert is Friday, July 13 @ 7:30pm. Lunch and Dinner will be provided Monday through Friday.

All notices of withdrawal and request for refund must be made in writing. You may e-mail your request to iambush@jazzacademy.org or fax to 301-563-9339. Cancellations 14 days or more prior to the start of camp are eligible for 50% refund and minus the $200 processing fee.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF CAMP WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
The following payment plans are available:
EXTENDED DAY NON-RESIDENT
•One-half payments of $327.50 each and 30 days apart, includes a service fee of $5. (Total Payments $854.00)
•3 equal monthly installments of $218.00 each and 30 days apart, includes a service fee of $4. (Total Payments $855.00)
•5 equal Bi-weekly installments of $131.00 each and 14 days apart, includes a service fee of $5. (Total Payments $855.00)
•10 equal Weekly installments of $66.00 each and 7 days apart, includes a service fee of $10. (Total Payments $860.00)

JAM Camp
3 Week Class Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm (Snack provided)
Resident Student (JAM Lab, Resident)
Check-in Sunday , July 8 to Check-out Saturday July 14 ( Three Meals a day)
EXTENDED DAY STUDENT (JAM Lab, Non-resident)
One Week Class Monday to Fri day 9am to 9pm (Lunch/Dinner)
JAM CAMP & Resident Student (Half Day, Resident)
2 weeks 1/2 Day and Check-in Sunday , July 8 to July 14
JAM CAMP & EXTENDED DAY STUDENT (Half Day, Non-resident)
2 weeks 1/2 Day and 1 Week Class Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm
