All notices of withdrawal and requests for refund must be made in writing.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy: All notices of withdrawal and requests for refund must be made in writing. You may email your request to coordinator@jazzacademy.org. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the start of the combos are eligible for a 50% refund minus the $25.00 processing fee. Cancellation requests less than 30 days prior to the first class to be eligible for a refund.
